Notice of Annual Meeting

You are cordially invited to attend the Annual Breakfast Meeting of the Cape Cod & Islands Association of REALTORS®, Inc. and the Cape Cod & Islands Multiple Listing Service, Inc., to be held at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 12, 2013 at the Member Service Center.

The Election of Officers and Directors for Fiscal Year 2014 will take place at this meeting. You may cast your vote in this election:

(1) In person between 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. at the Annual Meeting; OR

(2) Electronically: A link to the online voting site, which will be available between 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 5, 2013 and 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 12, 2013, will be emailed to you within the next coming weeks; OR

(3) By Ballot: If you wish to vote by Ballot, please print the appropriate

form(s) below and mail them to 22 Mid-Tech Drive, West Yarmouth, Massachusetts 02673 or fax to: 508-771-0067; OR

(4) By Proxy: Click here If you wish to vote by Proxy or contact the Association/MLS office at (508) 957-4300.

close of business day, Monday, June 10, 2013.

Please RSVP for the Annual Meeting no later than, Monday, June 10, 2013 by registering online or by calling the

Association/MLS office at (508) 957-4300.   

All members will be entitled to one vote only. Attending Annual Meeting  

will not rescind a prior vote.

Please consider attending Annual Meeting as a quorum is necessary to approve the FY2014 Election of Officers and Directors of

the Cape Cod & Islands Association of REALTORS®, Inc. and

the Cape Cod & Islands Multiple Listing Service, Inc.
